POLICY

DRICOPER DENIM offers free shipping on orders within Australia regardless of your order’s quantity and value.

SHIPPING TIME

We use Aus Post Express to deliver your orders; delivery occurs Mon- Fri between 8am to 5pm.You may require signature for delivery. If you are not available at the premises and want the parcel to be delivered without signature, then please let us know while placing the order. 

All orders are provided with a tracking number and can be traceable easily.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Any orders placed on a business working day will be processed and dispatched the next day for delivery in 3-4 days. And orders placed on a weekend day will be processed and dispatched on coming Monday to be delivered in 3-4 days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order, as we are unable to re-direct packages once the order has been dispatched. DRICOPER will not be liable for any loss suffered by you through any reasonable delay in delivery. The delivery time specified by us is only the best estimate.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risk of damage of the goods and its ownership passes to you upon delivery at your specified address.


INTERNATIONAL

POLICY

We accept international orders and offer free shipping for orders above AUD $125.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time on international order vary depending on your country and region. Normally the delivery of your goods may take between 6 to 8 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All international orders under AUD $125 will be charged and the system would calculate the shipping charges. However, the shipment is free on International orders over AUD $125. You may be requested to pay extra charges whereby you requested express delivery or change in address

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Any orders placed before 1pm on business days will be processed and shipped the same business day. And orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

DUTIES AND TAXES

DRICOPER DENIM is not responsible for any further duties and taxes, which may be applied to customers in the country where delivery is placed. Any kind of duties, foreign taxes or other charges is the responsibility of customer. We recommend our customers to ensure the laws and regulations of duties and taxes payable in your region.

RETURNS POLICY

We do accept returns from our customers but you are required to make sure that:

- The item(s) should be retained in its original packaging & condition with all tags attached.
- The item(s) should not be worn, tampered, damaged or washed.
- The item(s) should be accompanied with the proof of purchase.
- The item(s) should be returned to DRICOPER HQ within 20 days of purchase.

Upon receipt of the return item, they will be reviewed and once cleared will issue a refund /exchange or credit note. However, we do not refund sale items unless it’s deemed faulty.

RETURN PROCEDURE

- Notify DRICOPER DENIM HQ regarding your return by emailing hello@dricoper.com.au within 20 days of receiving your order.
- Do include your invoice/receipt number, style number and name of the item you would like to return/exchange in the email.
- Within 48 hours of business working day we will process your return request.
- Once we received your return, we will process your return and notify you with the outcome through email.
- The return of faulty items may take a long time for processing, as our Quality Control Unit will inspect faulty items.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges for the returns. DRICOPER DENIM will not be responsible for any missing incoming deliveries and will not reimburse any shipping cost of returns.

IMPORTANT

We ensure the quality of all items before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you receive any faulty item please notify DRICOPER DENIM HQ immediately.

SALE ITEMS

Sale purchase items qualify for exchange of size. We do not offer refund on sale items.
