DRICOPER offers free shipping on orders within Australia regardless of your order’s quantity and value.

SHIPPING TIME

We use Australia Post e-parcel Service to deliver your orders which guarantees next business day delivery on shipments within Australia and you may be require to sign for delivery. However, please allow an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

All orders are provided with a tracking number and can be traceable easily on Australia Post website. We also recommend our customer, providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign the delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Any orders placed before 12 pm on a business working day will be processed and shipped same business day for delivery the next day or else placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day for delivery day after. And orders placed on a weekend day will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of next business day.

Please ensure your delivery details before placing the order, as we are unable to re-direct packages once the order has been dispatched. DRICOPER will not be liable for any loss suffered by you through any reasonable delay in delivery. The delivery time specified by us is only the best estimate.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risk of damage of the goods and its ownership passes to you upon delivery at your specified address. The signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility of the goods will be passes to you.

INTERNATIONAL
POLICY

We accept international orders and uses Australia Post Regular Air Mail service for International orders.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time on international order vary depending on your country and region. Normally the delivery of your goods may take between 3 and 10 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All international orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $15 on orders under $125. However, the shipment is free on International orders over $125.

You may be requested to pay extra charges whereby you requested express delivery or change in address.

DUTIES AND TAXES

DRICOPER is not responsible for any further duties and taxes which may be applied to customers in the country where delivery is placed. Any kind of duties, foreign taxes or other charges is the responsibility of customer.

We recommend our customers to ensure the laws and regulations of duties and taxes payable in your region.

RETURNS POLICY

We do accept returns from our customers but you are required to make sure that:
-The item(s) should be retained in its original packaging & condition with all tags attached.
- The item(s) should not be worn, tampered, damaged or washed.
- The item(s) should be accompanied with the proof of purchase.
- The item(s) should be returned to DRICOPER HQ within 7 days of purchase.

We do also provide refunds on full-priced items and the refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card. However, we do not refund sale items unless it deemed faulty.

You may also exchange your garment for any item of your choice of equal value subject to availability of the product.

PROCEDURE

- Notify DRICOPER HQ regarding your return by emailing hello@dricoper.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and request for a return authorisation number.
- Do include your invoice/receipt number, style number and name of the item you would like to return in the email.
- Within 24 hours of business working day we will process your return request and email you with your return authorisation number.
- You are required to mention the return authorisation number on the parcel.
- Once we received your return, we will process your return and notify you with the outcome through email.
- The return of faulty items may take a long time for processing, as our Quality Control Unit will inspect faulty items.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges for the returns. DRICOPER will not be responsible for any missing incoming deliveries and will not reimburse any shipping cost of returns.
